Use case
From the box under your desk to production.
Start with a Raspberry Pi or an old mini PC, then take the exact same setup to a VPS when it's ready for real users. Same agent, same compose file, same dashboard.
Free for up to three servers · No credit card required
The same compose file for a blog with Postgres and backups runs on a Raspberry Pi at home and on a VPS at Hetzner. Moving it is a matter of changing which label the deploy targets.
At home
Made for the machine in the closet, too.
No port forwarding
The agent connects out, so you manage the box from anywhere without touching your router or dynamic DNS.
Native on arm64
The agent and the templates run on 64-bit Raspberry Pi OS and other ARM boards, not just x86 servers.
Backups that leave the house
Encrypted snapshots go to cheap object storage, so a dead SD card isn't the end of your data.
Free for three machines
The free plan covers three servers and two people. It isn't a trial and needs no credit card.
Going live
Promoting to production is a label change.
Deploys target labels, not machines. Point the label at a VPS and the same release lands there, with its backups and alerts.

Which Raspberry Pi models work?
Any model that runs a 64-bit OS, such as the Pi 4 and Pi 5. Docker needs a 64-bit OS for most images, so 32-bit isn't supported.
Do I need a static IP?
No. The agent makes outbound connections, so a home connection with a changing IP works fine.
Can I use the free plan for a side business?
Yes. The free plan has limits on servers and seats, not on what you run.
Bring your first server online in five minutes.
Start free with three servers. No credit card, no sales call, and your workloads stay on machines you own.
