Help teams run their own servers.
We're a small team building the control plane for people who run their own servers. When we hire, it's for people who care about that as much as we do.
There are no open roles right now.
We still like hearing from people who know their way around Linux, Docker and production systems. Tell us what you'd want to work on, and we'll write back when there's a fit.
How we work
What it's like here.
- 01
Small team, real ownership
You'll own whole features, from the first sketch to the on-call rotation that keeps them running.
- 02
Write it down
Decisions, designs and post-mortems are written, so nobody needs to be in the room to know why.
- 03
Ship small, ship often
We release every couple of weeks and prefer five small changes to one big one.
- 04
Use what we build
Our own servers run on Fwoop. If something is annoying, we feel it first.
Hiring process
Four steps, no trick questions.
We'll tell you up front who you'll talk to and what we'll ask. The whole process usually takes two to three weeks.
- 1
Intro call
30 minutes to get to know each other and talk about the role.
- 2
Technical conversation
A discussion of something you've built or run, not a whiteboard puzzle.
- 3
Paid work sample
A short, paid task close to the real work, done on your own time.
- 4
Meet the team
Talk to the people you'd work with, then we make a decision quickly.
