Questions about pricing

What counts as a server?

Any machine running the Fwoop agent: a cloud VPS, a bare-metal box, a VM or a Raspberry Pi. Services, cron jobs and backups on that machine don't add to the count.

Is there a free trial of the paid plans?

Team and Business start with a 14-day trial with every feature unlocked, no credit card needed. If you don't upgrade, the workspace moves to the Free plan.

What happens if I go over my plan's server limit?

Nothing stops running. We'll let you know and you can upgrade, or disconnect a server, whenever it suits you.

Can I change or cancel my plan later?

Yes. Upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time from the workspace settings. Yearly plans can switch to monthly at renewal.

Can we run the control plane ourselves?

Yes, on Enterprise. You get the same control plane we run, packaged to deploy inside your own network, including air-gapped setups.
