2. Hosting and server logs

3. Fwoop AI support chat
If you use the chat, your messages and the recent conversation are sent to our server and forwarded to OpenRouter, Inc. (USA), which passes them to the model provider Anthropic, PBC (USA), to generate the reply. Please don't share personal or confidential information in the chat. [Legal basis and transfer safeguards]
- Your IP address is held in our server's memory for up to 10 minutes to limit abuse of the chat.
- The conversation is stored only in your browser (local storage) so it survives a reload. "New chat" deletes it.
4. Accounts and contact forms
If you create an account, your name, email address, a securely hashed password (or the identity Google or GitHub shares when you sign in with them) and your workspace details are stored with our authentication and database provider Supabase, Inc. 5. Storage in your browser
Besides the chat history, the live demo remembers whether you collapsed its sidebar. When you're signed in, your browser keeps the login session so you stay signed in. Before accounts are connected, the sign-up preview keeps your name, email, workspace name and onboarding answers in your browser's storage instead; passwords are never stored there. We don't use cookies for tracking or advertising.
6. Fonts and third-party requests
Fonts are served from our own server. The site doesn't load analytics, advertising or social media scripts. Apart from Supabase (for sign-in and your workspace) and Google or GitHub (only if you choose to sign in with them), it doesn't request resources from other domains while you browse.
7. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict or object to processing, to data portability, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. To exercise them, email support@fwoop.dev.
